About me

I am a scientist, writer, and science communicator with a PhD in Microbiology and Biochemistry and more than 17 years of experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, and scientific research.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of science and communication, conducting research, interpreting scientific literature, developing educational content, and communicating complex concepts to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.

My experience includes scientific writing and editing, research translation, presentation development, visual storytelling, educational content, webinars, podcasts, and digital science communication.

I particularly enjoy taking a complex scientific question, understanding the evidence behind it, and finding the clearest way to communicate it—whether through a detailed article, a concise presentation, an infographic, or a compelling visual narrative.

This portfolio brings together selected examples of my work and reflects my approach to science communication: accurate, evidence-based, visually engaging, and accessible.
